Odex piles are installed by drilling a steel casing into the ground by use of a downhole ODEX hammer. The down hole hammer has the capacity to bore through weak obstructive ground conditions down into the solid rock.  Concrete is then pumped into the hole and a steel reinforcing cage can be installed.
